License

This page allows you to enter and manage your FileFlows license, enabling additional features based on your license level.

License Key Information​

License Email​

  • Enter the email address associated with your FileFlows license.
  • Example: [email protected]

License Key​

  • Enter the license key you received when you purchased FileFlows.
  • Ensure there are no extra spaces when copying the key.

License Status​

  • Status: Displays the current status of your license.

    • Valid: License is active and functional.
    • Invalid: License key is incorrect or expired.

  • Level: Shows your license tier.

    • Examples: Basic, Standard, etc.

Usage Details​

  • Processing Nodes: The number of concurrent processing nodes allowed by your license.
  • FileDrop Users: The number of users allowed to upload files via FileDrop.
  • Expiry Date: The date and time when your license will expire. This is a monthly rolling expiry, so even if you purchased an annual license, your license key will display a one-month expiry that automatically rolls over each month.

Notes​

  • Make sure your internet connection is active when saving a new license key.
  • Contact FileFlows Support if your license is not recognized or features do not activate.
