Shared Repository
The FileFlows Shared Repository is a community-driven library of reusable objects - Flows, Formulas, Scripts, and DockerMods - that users can download, use, and contribute to. It replaces the legacy community-repository on GitHub, moving everything into a first-class, fileflows.com - hosted experience.

Requirements
Downloading Objects
- Scripts and DockerMods - Available to all users, no license required.
- Flows and Formulas - Require a valid FileFlows license linked to your account.
Submitting Objects
To submit objects to the Shared Repository, you need:
- A fileflows.com account matching your purchase email - Log in at fileflows.com using the same email address used to purchase your license.
- A linked FileFlows instance - Connect your running FileFlows server to your account using the Link Account feature.
Without a linked, licensed connection, the submit option will not be available.
How It Works
- Submit - From your FileFlows Web Console, right-click any Flow, Formula, Script, or DockerMod node and select Share. You'll be redirected to fileflows.com where the object data is uploaded for review.
- Review - All submissions are manually reviewed by the FileFlows team. Review typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Publish - Once approved, your object is live in the Shared Repository and available for other users to download and use.
- Update - You can submit new revisions of your objects at any time. Each revision goes through review before being published as the latest version.
- Delete - If you no longer wish to maintain an object, you can request its deletion from the repository dashboard on fileflows.com.
Review times may vary during peak periods or holidays. If you haven't heard back within 5 business days, feel free to reach out on Discord.
Managing Your Submissions
Visit My Repository on fileflows.com to manage all objects you've submitted:
- View all your shared objects
- See approval status (Pending, Approved)
- Edit object name and description
- Delete individual revisions or entire objects
Deleting an object removes it permanently from the Shared Repository. Other users who have already downloaded it will still have their local copy, but it will no longer be available to new users.
