Optimize Summary

The Optimize Summary report provides a high-level overview of results from the Video Encode Optimized process across all matching files. It summarizes key quality, performance, and efficiency metrics to help you assess and fine-tune your optimization strategy.

This report includes:

  • Quality Levels

    • Lowest and highest quality settings used during encoding

  • VMAF Scores

    • Average and median VMAF scores
    • Lowest and highest VMAF scores
    • Top and bottom files by VMAF score

  • Evaluations

    • Average and median number of evaluations
    • Lowest and highest number of evaluations
    • Top and bottom files by number of evaluations

  • Processing Time

    • Average and median time taken to process
    • Shortest and longest processing times
    • Top and bottom files by processing time

  • Storage Saved (%)

    • Average and median percentage of storage saved
    • Lowest and highest percent saved
    • Top and bottom files by percent saved

This report offers a consolidated view of optimization performance, allowing you to identify patterns, outliers, and opportunities to improve encoding settings or processing efficiency.
