Manage Your Subscription

You can manage your FileFlows subscription through the Stripe customer portal. This allows you to:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Update payment details (credit/debit card, billing address)
  • View billing history and invoices
  • Upgrade or change your subscription plan

How to Access

  1. Navigate to your License page.
  2. Click the Manage button.
  3. You will be redirected to Stripe’s secure portal, where you can perform the actions above.

For security, all payment and subscription changes are handled through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on FileFlows servers.
