Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your FileFlows subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.


Step 1: Sign Up / Log In

To manage your license, you first need an account on FileFlows:

  1. If you haven’t created an account yet, sign up using the same email address you used when subscribing.
  2. If you already have an account, simply log in with that email.

Note: For security reasons, the system does not indicate whether an email exists in the backend. Password resets may appear to “do nothing” if the account hasn’t been created yet.


Step 2: Access Your License Page

  1. Once logged in, navigate to your License page.
  2. Here you can view your license details, subscription status, and billing info.

Step 3: Click Manage

Follow the prompts in Stripe to cancel your subscription.

After cancellation, you will no longer be billed, and your subscription will end according to your current billing cycle.


Additional Notes

  • Cancelling via Stripe also allows you to update payment info and view billing history.

  • If you’re having trouble, check your spam/junk folder for password reset emails.
