Users

This page allows you to manage all users in the FileDrop system. You can enable/disable users and manage the number of tokens each user has.

User Management

List of Users

Here you will see a list of all users in the system. Each user is represented by the following details:

  • Email (Username): The primary email address of the user, acting as their username.
  • Name: The user’s display name (if provided).
  • Provider: The provider the user is registered with (Google, Microsoft, Custom, Forms).
  • Status: Whether the user is enabled or disabled.
  • Tokens: The number of tokens assigned to the user.

Each user can be managed with the following actions:

  • Enable/Disable: Toggle the user’s status between enabled and disabled.
  • Set Tokens: Update the number of tokens for the user.

Enable/Disable Users

You can easily enable or disable any user by clicking the Enable/Disable button next to their name.

  • Enabled: The user can access the system and perform actions.
  • Disabled: The user will not be able to access the system.

Set Tokens for a User

You can set the number of tokens for any user by entering the desired number in the "Tokens" field next to their name.

  • Tokens: Tokens allow users to access certain features or perform actions in FileDrop. You can manually adjust the number of tokens assigned to a user.

Actions

  1. Enable/Disable User: Click the Enable or Disable button to toggle the user's account status.
  2. Set Tokens: Enter the desired token value and click the Set Tokens button to apply the change.
