Create Audio Book currently tends to only set the Title to 001 - Booktitle and only sometimes includes chapters.

It would be good if the Artist, album artist, year get set based on metadata from the first mp3 file available.

Optionally, if chapter title within the m4b container can also be copied over, that would be nice.

similar in a sense as it is how the metadata is written, but different enough since its combining.

Now copies metadata from first file into final combined file
