This page allows you to configure users who can access the FileFlows system.

Each user can have different roles assigned to them to allow them access to specific areas.

Setup​

You must first add users before they can access the system. User security will be disabled until users are added to the system.

If adding a user via Open ID Connect / Single Sign On, ensure the Name and email address for the user is correct. Ensure the administrator user details are correct before turning on the user security on the settings page.

Administrators​

An administrator can access the entire system and all configuration pages.

Only administrators can access the configuration pages.

Turning Off​

If you have misconfigured your users, you can disable the User Security feature by changing the Security value to 0 (off) in the server.config file found in the Data directory of the server.
